UPDATED PUMPKIN CHEESECAKE RECIPE

 


This is my refined recipe after learning and practicing for the past 3 years. You’ll need a large pan for the water bath that can fit a 9 inch round spring form pan and be deep enough to hold 1 inch of boiled hot water. If you prefer vegan you can substitute the eggs and cream cheese  for your preferred vegan options!
